This may be about running… Or it may be about a deeper journey.
It is a new journey. Not one I choose to begin, but out of my own necessity and determination to not end up stuck or standing still, I must walk on in new ways and in new places.

Lady & Lyle's Last Dec Run
So, after 5 days Lady and Lyle runs have become a morning ritual. Maybe we'll get to do it another time Lady. We shall see.
