This may be about running… Or it may be about a deeper journey.
It is a new journey. Not one I choose to begin, but out of my own necessity and determination to not end up stuck or standing still, I must walk on in new ways and in new places.

Goodbye Camp Luther
Goodbye much colder run at Camp Luther.
People were great. One of the learnings from the group: “You can only change yourself.” A lot of people trying to make the other person change… Never works.
