A high school girl describes the way I work with kids.
"Although your job was to train us for a week of service you truly "trained" us for a lifetime. And I don't really quite know how you did it. You created an environment in which we learned from each other, not just from you. You really allowed us to create our own environment, our own bonds. I never felt there were any superiors we were just a group learning together from each other.
In my own life I try to take that idea into the groups I work with whether it is for school, church, or other groups."
