Mukluks

muk·luk or muck·luck n
1. a waterproof boot made of animal skin or canvas that is large enough to be worn over shoes or several pairs of socks
2. a sealskin boot originally worn by the Inuit

For running in snow I wear gaiters, which are not quite as cool as mukluks but I like the word mukluk.

Snow tracks… going everywhere some walking through the “muck” of life, some finding new “luck.” I added my tracks to the collage as I ran.
Happy New Year
as we all turn the page.
